Hikari ("the App") is developed by Dionisio Fernandez Mora ("Developer"), based in Chile. This privacy policy explains how the App handles your information.

The short version: Hikari collects no data. None.

Hikari does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data. Specifically:

- No personal information is collected (name, email, phone, location, etc.)

- No usage analytics are collected (app opens, session duration, screens viewed, etc.)

- No crash reports are sent to any server

- No advertising identifiers are used

- No third-party SDKs that collect data are included

- No account creation is required

- No cookies or tracking technologies are used

How the App Works

Hikari operates entirely offline on your device. All quotes are stored in a local database (SQLite) bundled with the App. The App does not connect to the internet and does not communicate with any server.

Your reading history and preferences are stored locally on your device and are never transmitted anywhere.

Third-Party Services

Hikari does not use any third-party services, APIs, or analytics platforms.

Widgets

Hikari provides iOS widgets (home screen and lock screen). These widgets read data only from the local database on your device. No data is sent externally.

Children's Privacy

Hikari does not collect data from any user, including children under 13. The App is safe for users of all ages.

Data Sharing

There is no data to share. Hikari has no server, no database in the cloud, and no mechanism to transmit information from your device.

Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL with the new date. Since the App collects no data, meaningful changes are unlikely.
